While many people focus on their fear of the little winged mammals, bats are actually really good for the planet. They are important for different ecosystems (though, we admit your attic is not one of those ecosystems).
Love them or loathe them, you can keep an eye on two groups of Michigan bats without having to be anywhere near them.

The Organization for Bat Conservation
Headquartered in Pontiac, Michigan, the Organization for Bat Conservation aims to raise awareness of the need for bat conservation and to dispel potentially harmful myths about the mammals.
The organization is responsible for two 24-hour live cams that showcase bats found at their headquarters.
